Refund policy

At Brotein, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Refunds

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food or supplements) that have been opened.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products on sale or purchased with a discount code, unless otherwise specified.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and order number.
- A description of the product and the reason for the refund request.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and the return shipment remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at info@brotein.co.za. We will arrange for the product to be replaced or refunded, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
