Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Any orders placed outside of South Africa will be canceled, and payments will be refunded.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days from dispatch (additional charges apply).

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be extended. You will be notified if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method selected. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate based on location.
  • Express Shipping: An additional charge based on weight and destination.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as stated on our website during promotional periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Urban areas: 1–3 business days for express shipping, 3–5 business days for standard shipping.
  • Rural areas: 2–5 business days for express shipping, 5–7 business days for standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through The Courier Guy’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package. Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with The Courier Guy to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
