We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.

Courier to your door: live nationwide rate shown at checkout (The Courier Guy), 2-4 working days.
PUDO pickup point: size-based rate, collect from a locker (from R49), kiosk or partner point (from R69) near you.
Free shipping on all orders over R1,100.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for outlying areas.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. Unopened products in their original, resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.
Apparel may be exchanged for a different size if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right, including covering return shipping where applicable.
