Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of brotein.co.za and every purchase you make from Brotein ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. They are written to align with South Africa's Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA); nothing here limits any right those laws give you.

Orders & payment

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error; we'll tell you as soon as we know.

Promotions, discount codes & sale prices

• One discount code per order. Codes have their own windows and conditions and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Items already on sale or bundle-priced are excluded from discount codes; the better price applies.
• Free-gift promotions (like the Alpha Tee) require the qualifying spend after discounts, excluding gift vouchers.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep the deal they were bought under.

Gift vouchers & referral credit

• Gift vouchers are delivered by email, work like cash at our checkout, and can be spent across multiple orders until the balance is used.
• Vouchers can't buy other gift vouchers and aren't redeemable for cash.
• Ambassador referral codes give the referred customer their stated discount; ambassador commissions are governed by the ambassador agreement.

Delivery & collection

• We ship nationwide via The Courier Guy (door-to-door) and PUDO pickup points, and offer collection from listed partner locations.
• Dispatch is typically 1-2 working days; delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Returns & refunds

Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products are repaired, replaced or refunded per the CPA. The full process lives on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Product information

Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always read the label, don't exceed recommended servings, and check with a health professional if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or on medication. Competitive athletes remain responsible for checking their governing body's rules.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep your account credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your login. Don't misuse the site (scraping, interfering with its operation, or fraudulent orders).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under South African law.

General

These terms are governed by South African law. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order applies to it. Our privacy practices are covered in the Privacy Policy.
